-All catered events require a 20% non-refundable deposit prior to the event.
-Final headcount must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event.
-Groups must adhere to reserved times.
-Entry is allowed no earlier than 15 minutes prior to assigned serving times.
-Smaller groups may be sharing the pavilion with other groups during catered events.
-Cancellation of catering is required 5 days prior to the event.
-Adventure Landing is not responsible for inclement weather which may result in a cancellation.
